[VoiceOps] Sprint abandoned copper in SC

Sending this out as a shot in the dark, maybe someone has ancient knowledge and some contact info.

I purchased some property in South Carolina which has an old Sprint 25 pair copper pedestal where the driveway needs to be.   I believe the copper has been abandoned by Sprint.  Dig Safe has no knowledge of it and no contact information.   I’ve called the SC regulatory staff to see if they have any info.    Nobody seems to know what you can/cannot do with abandoned copper or how to confirm if it is actually abandoned.

Anyone have any ancient contact info for Sprint/AT&T/T-Mobile in the SC region (Beaufort County)?
