Re: [nsp] Cisco 7204 VXR Fast Ethernet lock up after reconfiguration

I've had a recent problem with a 7206VXR with NPE-300 where the FastE
ports stop transmitting. It seems to happen after a spurious memory
access. A shut/no shut will occasionally get the FastE to startt
transmitting again if the interface is kept down for two minutes or
more. Reloading the router is unfortunately the only sure solution. I am
running 12.1(7).
