you're right for lack of comments over a 1 or 2 week period.
the sub-group was silent for 1/4 of a year. and the work
on which comments were solicited was going on for another
1/4 year or so before that. there was plenty of opportunities
and solicitations for you to comment in that time.
if you were seriously interested in the work, i am sure
you could have found the time to review and comment on it.
other people did.
from that i have to assume you either tacitly agreed or were
not interested.
