Yes which is more of a pain.  I have to use it since its DSL and Cable 
in alot of these configs, and alot of times your connectivity is down 
but your interface is up.  Otherwise, I wouldn't need this.  But there 
is too much the possibility of the connection breaking, the interface 
staying up, and my default routes not getting withdrawn......
