[cisco-voip] RTMT DB error

Seen this happen before when:

The Process performance object has become disabled in the system, and 
did not show up in
Perfmon. After following the fix in Microsoft KB article 248993, 
restarting the Remote
Registry service, and restarting Cisco RIS Data Collector service, the 
information showed
up as expected in RTMT.
