[cisco-voip] Another MOH Question

The beeps were so bad/annoying for my folks that I had to create a 
"Silent" wav file for the default MOH as they'd rather hear nothing then 
the annoying beeps.  Only our ACD lines use the MOH as the internal 
folks found it too disruptive when on conference calls and they transfer 
to another line.
