[cisco-voip] CCM - callback "Service not active"

Hello,

 

when I try to use Callback on my 7940, it does not work (either it does
nothing or says "Service Not Active").

 

"Cisco Extended Functions" is activated in "Service Activation".

 

I run 4.0.

 

Any ideas to make this service active?
