[cisco-voip] CDR insert service does not appear in the services menu!!

Hi all,
although i see that the CDR insert service is running i cannot see the service in the cisco call manager service tab to set the cdr format value not to FLAT!! I know that the records are kept in files because i use them in a billing system!!
    I want to configure the CDR service again in a new system and i don't know where to activate it from!!
