Hi Rusty,

What version of CCM are you using?

If 3.3(4) or $.1(x) do you have Force Authorization Codes (FAC) enabled 
on the Route Patterns?

If you don't have FAC enabled then you will need to determine what is 
asking for the long distance code.  The GW would not be the problem.
