Has anyone seen this message in the MS event viewer before. I was
informed by a customer that their IPt solution running on:

CCM 4-1-3 sr3a -- OS 2000-2-7
MCS 7835 platform
roughly 200 users, IPMA for 10 managers and extension mobility for
everyone - nothing fancy

went down because the server restarted. Unfortunately I was at another
branch and could not see exactly what happened. When I checked the
eventviewer later it had the following message.

The previous system shutdown at date/time was unexpected

A week earlier while I worked at the main site the server went down
once because the power failed - people pulling wires powered the
server off accidentally . In the case now - today - where the message
as shown above is present in the event viewer can it be power again or
is it a real problem with CCM hanging - rebooting etc.

any advice - much appreciated
