[cisco-voip] 7960 Phone - connected via the 10/100PC

I was wondering if anyone knew the potential effects of a phone running
connected to the 10/100PC port rather then the correct 10/100SW port.
We are in the second phase of our Teleworker rollout (replacing the old
routers with new Cisco 870's) and I am finding that our helpdesk that
originally helped many users setup their home setup had their phones
connected to the older 831/837 routers via their 10/100PC port. These
happen to be some of the same people that were also complaining about
voice quality (even though the policy-maps showed that voice was being
prioritized correctly). Has anyone run across this?
