[cisco-voip] Interfacing to Bogen Paging system.

Cisco FXO/FXS ports cannot interface directly with a pure 600ohm audio
connection.

You need a Bogen TAMB module (I've used them many times).  It takes an
analog phone port and converts it to a 600ohm output for the device you
already have.
