[cisco-voip] CME Issue

I have a user on a CME 3.3 system whose phone won't get dial-tone. Phone has
been working fine for 6+ months. I do a sh voice call summary and see the
following:


50/0/6  .1       None      -  S_CONNECT             EFXS_WAIT_RELEASE_REQ
50/0/6  .2       -         -  -
EFXS_ONHOOK

50/0/6 is his phone.

How do I clear this in order for the phone to start working again?
