[cisco-voip] "Not Registered" vs. "Unknown" on Gatewayinterface...

So, we have a gateway. Two PRIs on the gateway go the way of the dodo...
CallManager initiates a reset, and one responds and the other does not, one
shows up 'not registered' the other 'unknown'...

Interestingly enough, when the PRIs came back up, both came up registered...
