[cisco-voip] Call Forward All Issues

Does the same problem occur if the call is forwarded to a non-cell 
phone PSTN destination?

Sounds like a media timeout issue, which could be due to the length of 
time to set the call up to the cell phone or it could be a signaling 
issue.  Detailed CCM and SDL/CCM traces will show which timer is 
expiring and why.
