I think Tennille is having a problem with multiple calls coming in on different line buttons. From what I remember, 7.x software had some problems with this when I tested with 3.3.3 - I'm hoping it's handled better, haven't had a chance to review it yet.

There I go again sticking my foot in my mouth. Running 4.1.3sr2 I can scroll down and answer.

Willing to bet he's using 4.1 and a single physical line with multiple lines on that physical line. You would think you could scroll up and down but it sounds like you can't

What version of CallManager?
Can you not just hit the line button of the incoming call? That should bring focus to that line and you can then hit the answer softkey?

I have 7960s with 2 - 5 shared lines (running P00307020300). If calls are
ringing at same time on different lines, the phone does not allow the
option to select which call to answer first. It forces you to answer the
very first call even though you may need to pick up the second call first.
I assumed you would be able to use the rocker button to scroll up / down
through the list of incoming calls but this is not the case. Can something
be done to change this?
