I can't find the doc right now, but here is a quick overview off the top
off my head:

MGCP:

1) I have a DID assigned for this purpose (8855)

2) Used a translation pattern to changed this to the Unity VM
pilot number (Called party transform mask)

3) Sends you to Generic Unity message

4) Hit * key

5) Enter your extension, password

H.323:

1) Same as above

2) Used num-exp command to change 8855 to Unity VM pilot

3) VOIP Dial peer to with dest pattern of VM pilot to get to call
manager

3) Same

4) Same

5) Same

I'm sure someone will provide other details if I missed something.
