[cisco-voip] IPCCX agent roll time

Inside the script you will need to change the properties of the "Select
Resource" step, defaults to 12 seconds.

Does anybody know where in IPCCX or CM can you find the setting for the
amount of time or rings before an unanswered call will roll to the next
agent?
