[cisco-voip] DTMF to Unity stopped working after CCM upgrade

I'm going to have to disagree with you because we had
DTMF issues with Unity after we did an upgrade from
CCM 3.3 -> 4.1(3). We had to jimmy-rig a fix with
assistance from the LEC.
