[cisco-voip] need to create crystal reports from ipccx

trying to find out how to create crystal report from the ipccx/ CM.  we notice the ipccx is not runing full SQL. so do i need to pull all call info from the CM SQL data base.  the problem is that we dont like the reports coming out of ipccx and want to create our own.  has anybody done this.
