[cisco-voip] ICM 7.1 Mobile Agent

Hi,

Has anyone been able to get any form of voice recording working with ICM
Mobile 7.1?

We have 2 x mobile agents that access CAD via Citrix using Mobile Agent
using Mobile Agent to route calls to an analogue line in their home.
Everything works fine in terms of call routing. Issue we face is that
calls are not recording on our IP Based recording system as no SCCP
traffic is generated.

Any ideas?
