[cisco-voip] Phones going into SRST mode

I have a remote site that is having issues with phones going into SRST
at random times.  Not all phones go into SRST at the same time.  This
remote site is connected to Call Manager via an Internet VPN with a
Cable Connection (4MB download, 2 MB upload).  I am thinking that it is
something to do with the Internet VPN connection, but Data is not
disconnecting at all.   From the remote site, I can ping Call Manager.
>From Call Manager I can ping to the remote site with 100% success rate.
Below is the Debug Log from one of the phones that is having the issue.
What does the CM-closed-TCP message mean in this log?  Any help would be
