[cisco-voip] DMA 4.2 to 6.x staging !!!

IP address change can happen during an upgrade too.

Last upgrade I did I took DMA off my publisher, did the 6.x upgrade on 
new hardware with new hostnames (and new IP addresses) for all nodes, 
and all worked as expected.
