[cisco-voip] Differentiate between hang up party in IPCC 7.0

 Hi All,
         OPC , VRU PG and ACD PG in IPCC make a record of a call by putting
some values in CallDisposition Field, I know. Now wat i wanna ask is : can
we trace out a call either hang up by the Caller or by the Agent. Can we
differentiate between the two. Because in my system for both scenarios it is
showing the same values in CallDispostion Field..
