[cisco-voip] Cisco 7961 - Not registering

I'm stuck....

 

After upgrading a Cisco 7961 phone I am unable to get past the
registering phase during the phone's boot sequence.  The following log
is sourced from 'debug tftp-server events'.

I've uploaded the two files to the flash....g3tones.xml & mk-sccp.jar.
But I think the problem is that the phone is looking for them in
sub-directories...and I am unable to use the 'mkdir' command in the IOS
I'm running, which is c2800nm-advipservicesk9-mz.124-20.T.bin.

 

Any suggestions?
