I would open a TAC case for troubleshooting. They might already have bug
id.

If you don't use docking station does it work fine?

My customer is running IPC 2.1.3 now, and still has the issues.

It seems related to the notebook/docking sation model, as now they have
another brand of notebooks (Dells) and those do not have issues.

The affected notebooks are HP NC6400, with docking stations HP EN488AA.
Those notebooks do not have an "undock" function under Vista, and the
users just push a lever to undock the computer.

Has anyone ran into something similar?

Greetings,

Ariel

Try upgrading to 2.1.3, I run Vista and have no problems.
