[cisco-voip] IPCC Script Help

I have been working with creating new scripts to do different things and
I have figured out a few things on my own. But I really want to do
something like this: When a call comes in I want the agent's desktop to
open our customer database to the customer that is calling based on
caller id. Is this possible and if so how would I build it? I haven't
found much information on Cisco's site to do this or anywhere else on
the web.
