Hi Keith,

In all your attempts to login, did you check the "secure connection" checkbox ?

No luck. I can log in with ccmadministrator to ccmadmin no problem. I mapped a drive as well, but did not make any difference.

Very strange...

In 4.x you can also test mapping a drive to \\serverip\c$ <file:///\\serverip\c$> and then try running RTMT.

RTMT has drastically changed from 4.x to 5/6x.

I would test with ccmadministrator, if you open up IE and go to https://ip/ccmadmin <https://ip/ccmadmin> on same computer can you login with ccmadministrator?

Subject: [cisco-voip] RTMT Error

I haven't fired up RTMT in a while and now I remember why. When I start it up and try to log in with any account (local administrator or any CCM MLA user in the super user group) I get the following error:

"Access forbidden. The RTMT application cannot be used by this user name and password (insufficient privileges)."

Out of 5 clusters I can connect with RTMT to 3 of the 5. All running 4.1.3 SR6 except one that is running SR5d which I can connect to. So I can connect to two SR6 clusters and there are two SR6 clusters I cannot connect to. I have no clue why this would be... any ideas?

Thanks!
