[cisco-voip] H.323 vs MGCP

I don't know what type of connections or VWICs you have, but quite
commonly we'll do a split config, setting up FXS cards as MGCP, and
then configure the FXO card as h323. You get the caller ID benefit on
the FXO, and the simplicity of configuration in MGCP for the FXS.
