inbound PRI to us for sure.

what the caller is using is beyond me. the one reproducable error was on analog trunks, but they would say they could use other autoattendants no problem.

So it is always PRI? I was thinking if you had some analog trunks it might be DTMF duration?

I've had a number of situations where a caller is not able to enter an extension at our Unity AA. Most of the time it's with older PBX's but they say it works with other auto-attendants.

Has anyone come across any reason why this would happen?

I doubt it's a PRI issue since we'd have more than just a few calls. And those calls would have to always come in on the same trunk.
