Lelio,

What's your Unity version and TSP library version? In those cases the first thing I check is to have the latest TSP compatible with you Unity version. (Check the Unity TSP Compatibility Matrix on Cisco´s Website.). The TSP is the DLL that handles the ports, and in some situations it fails to recognize the DTMF tones.

Regards,

    Ariel

Subject: [cisco-voip] some phones not able to dial extension at Unity AA

I've had a number of situations where a caller is not able to enter an extension at our Unity AA. Most of the time it's with older PBX's but they say it works with other auto-attendants.

Has anyone come across any reason why this would happen?

I doubt it's a PRI issue since we'd have more than just a few calls. And those calls would have to always come in on the same trunk.
