[cisco-voip] Monitoring CallManager

Ed, thanks for the pointer on the CPU usage, it seems to be working for me.

I've done some work in the past, separately, with SOAP::Lite (perl module)
and custom data queries for Cacti.  I'll see if I can't put the two together
next week and see about graphing some of these things using that. If I can
get anything working I'll be in touch.
