[cisco-voip] NANP in CCM

Austrailan numbering plan is broken in 6.0 - 6.1.1 you have to get the  
TAC to remote in and fix the idp. Not sure about 6.1.2 as I've only  
upgraded to that ver and upgrades seem to maintain the idp. But after  
the TAC have fixed it up it works fine.

Not too good on cisco's part.  I mean how long does it take to fix  
file permissions in a main release?
