HI James,
How we have our CSS setup is exactly how you describe, I will add the phone partition to the block CSS and test. Thanks for the tip.
Regards,
Wil

Hello,

This function does not recognize the calling search space of the device but rather keys off of the calling search space of the line. Thus, if the line does not have a CSS assigned that has access to the phones in the pickup group, then the function will not work. Typically, I permit on the device and block on the line. Thus, the first time I tried to deploy this, I could not get it to work.

Thanks,

James

I have a client site that would like to have the Audio and Visual Indicator set on pickup groups. I have enabled this on the pickup group however it does not seem to be working. We get no audio beep or visual indicator that a phone in the pickup group is ringing, the pickup works ok. Their call manager version is 6.1.2 and all their phones are 7962G. I have tested this feature in my own office with 6.1.1a and a mix of phones (All non 7962's) and it works fine. Anybody seen this before?

Regards,
Wil
