I assume you mean you've setup shared lines between the PA and the  
Manager.  Check the privacy setting for the line (or global via  
service parameters).  This is what controls whether a held call  
appears on all shared lines or not.

I just have a question regarding the resume softkey.

In CM4.1, we have it set up so that if the PA answers a call on  
behalf of the Manager and they press hold, the Manager can then press  
the resume softkey on their phone and resume the call.

In CM6.1, I cannot get this working.

Do you have any ideas on how to fix this?
