It is a PSTN number. I have a feeling that we are overwriting it in CM
somewhere. Will have to dig to see where though.

Is the other end another IP phone or a PSTN number? If it's a PSTN
number you can check at the gateway to make sure CCM is sending the
right caller id but it's very possible for your provider to overwrite it
if the 240555XXXX numbers are not DIDs for the trunk the outbound calls
are going over.

Sorry guys it is a question day for me....

We have two sets of DN's that we use in our campus. We use 240-555-XXXX
numbers for conference room phones and 301-888-XXXX numbers on regular
phones. When you dial out of a phone that has 240-555-XXXX number caller
id on the other end states it is displays a 301-888-XXXX number. Dialing
the 301-888-XXXX numbers correctly shows the correct caller ID for the
phone.

What do you suggest doing within the Call Manager to separate these two
DN's out so they may show the correct caller ID? Separate partitions?
