[cisco-voip] CCS 5.0 - customer clicks on the chat button, chat window doesn't appear.

Customer can't login to the chat session. 
When customer clicks on the chat button, chat window doesn't appear.

 

Queries ppl usually ask:

 

[1] What is the version of ICM, CMB and CCS?

i. ICM Version 7.1.4

ii. CMB Version 005.000.000.0619-sr2

iii. CCS Version 5.0.185-sr4 

 

 

[2] What is the status of CCS on the Connections Monitor screen just
before you restarted the CCS server?

Working fine and the link is fine between AW's
