[cisco-voip] How can I make E&M cross-over cable?

Pretty sure it is 1 to 2 and 4 to 5. It should be a standard t1 xover cable.

I have to connect E&M between Voice Gateways ( cisco routers)
I would like to configure the 4 wire type 5 E&M cable.
If I connect E&M between voice Gateways, do I use E&M cross-over cable?
If so, How can I make its pinouts?
