[cisco-voip] upgrading from 5.1.3.1103-2 to 5.1.3.3103.1 doesn't recognize the upgrade file

Hello,

 

We need to upgrade our CallManager cluster but the wizard comes back with
‘no suitable upgrade found’ error. We have tried both local DVD and the
network method. We have tried several Cisco source file – still the same
issue. Has anyone encounter this or has an idea?
