[cisco-voip] upgrading from 5.1.3.1103-2 to 5.1.3.3103.1 doesn't recognize the upgrade file

Wes,

 

I believe you are bang on so THANKS for the assist! What got us scratching
our heads is that in the lab all servers could see the file even before
upgrading the PUB (or so we think).

 

Now the question is can I upgrade the pub without reboot and continue with
upgrade on the rest of the cluster?

Mordechai,

Use RTMT to collect install/upgrade logs and those will show exactly what is
going on.

Some basics:
1. make sure you ahve the correct upgrade file type
2. do not rename the upgrade file
3. install upgrade on the publisher first.  until publisher is upgraded
subscribers will not recognize a valid upgrade
