[cisco-voip] H323 GW question?

Hi guys of this great voip forum, I have a little question, my network has a CCM 4.1.(3)sr7 and 10 fax machines, for this faxes I have 4 Cisco 827-4v, but I cannot use MGCP on this routers just to enable FAC, i'm wondering if is it possible to restrict or control the inbound calls with something like FAC but with H323 protocol.
