[cisco-voip] 2821 for MGCP keeps showing hostname

I've never heard this regarding the IOS version but I guess it's possible.
12.4(15) is terrible, particulary when it comes to the MGCP process getting
hung so lets hope this isn't the case.

 I've seen this in the past, as Ryan mentioned, how are the ccm servers
referenced under servers? Domain name or ip address? I would also remove
ccm-config if you can, the ip host entry is a good band aid. It seems like
once you do get it set the way you want it and ccm-config is on there, it
will put the reference back in as the domain name.

Also be careful when removing ccm-config, it tends to crash/reload the
router about 5-10 times so do it a maint window if it's crucial.
