You probably need to post the tcl script for further investigation.

Sent from my Windows Mobile® phone.

Subject: [cisco-voip] CME, operator unable to transfer a call coming from AA script

Hi, I have the following situation:

CME, 4.0(2), ISDN PRI, third-party tcl script for auto-attendant.

Call comes in to a DID number, it can be transferred without a problem.
Call comes in to the AA number, message is played, the caller can either
dial the operator, or will be transferred after a timeout, either way,
he/she gets connected to the operator, normally.

However, if the operator tries to forward this call, she's unable to do so.

The call goes on hold (and can be retrieved from there), the operator
can initiate the transfer, speak to the destination (transfer-system is
full-consult), but then she isn't able to terminate the transfer. The
transfer destination has "connected" appear on his/her phone, hear a
couple of short beeps, then nothing.

The caller in the mean time is continuously on hold.

This happens with various phones (the operator's phone has been changed
from a 7911 to a 7941, but still no luck), codec is G711Ulaw all along
the path.

Any ideas? At least where to start digging?

thanks,
  Zoltan
