[cisco-voip] silent monitor with out a CAD

Base in my setup It cannot be done there is no other way around I really
need to have this agent

Monitored all the time can you suggest any other possibility that can be
have this agent monitored

Since your saying without CAD they must be agents?  if so, you have to
setup a SPAN back to the other nic on the IPCCx server.  layer 3 will be
an issue as RSPAN can't go across layer 3 wans.  unless you can RSPAN
around the layer 3 link you are correct.
