[cisco-voip] help needed:strange behaviour with cmeB-ACD and AA

Hi,
I am trying to configure AA with CME. The behavior is strange.Only dial by extension option is working fine. For other option call is transfered to ip phones and it shows a '1 call in queue' and the light on hand-set blink but phone does not ring. Only dial by extension option is working fine.
Also the with param operator <num>, the number is the pilot number for hunt group or the extension number!
