[cisco-voip] DRS sftp login troubleshooting

The SFTP operations show up in the drfMA (master agent) logs. It's
pretty easy to find the sftp stuff as it prints it just like you
would see the output on a CLI. You'll see where before we do any
backup operations we will login to the server and try to delete or
create some bogus file just to make sure the sftp server is reachable.

In this release of the Disaster Recovery System, trace files for the
Master Agent, the GUI, and each Local Agent get written to the
following locations:
•<image001.png>For the Master Agent, the trace file is platform/drf/
trace/drfMA0*
•<image001.png>For each Local Agent, the trace file is platform/drf/
trace/drfLA0*
•<image001.png>For the GUI, the trace file is platform/drf/trace/
drfConfLib0*
You can view trace files by using the command line interface. See the
Cisco Unified Communications Operating System Administration Guide
for more information.
