[cisco-voip] Upgrade IP IVR from 4.x to 7.x

we plan to upgarde our Ip IVR from Version 4.x to 7.x. I am looking for some
planing and installation guids on the Cisco website, but I can't find
documentation in this. Has anyone a link to the IP IVR 7.x documentation site?

On what operating system is Ip IVR 7.x based. Is it still Windows or is it also
an appliance like CUCM?
