[cisco-voip] Can POTS Lines Be Used for Inbound/Outbound Dialing on a Call Manager?

Thanks.  We are looking to use the POTS lines for a test lab environment
so that we can have inbound/outbound testing.  We have a gateway that
doesn't have an FXO card, but hopefully, we can add one.

yes.  POTS lines would connect to an FXO port on a voice gateway.  that
gateway communicates with CM via either MGCP or H.323.  There are a few
feature differences to consider when choosing a protocol.
