Seems to work with:

ip community-list 100 deny 5539:[0-9][0-9][0-9][0-9]$
ip community-list 100 permit 5539:.*
ip community-list 100 deny .*

... though I couldn't find *any* documentation about the "official"
syntax for extended community lists. There are a few examples, but they
usually cover ".*" only...
