don't know the distance but here is a ds-3 from lon to ams:

 2 fe-6-1-super-grover.LON.router.COLT.NET (212.74.64.201) 1.292 ms 0.886 ms 0.886 ms
 3 s5-0-the-count.AMS.router.COLT.NET (212.74.64.194) 10.004 ms 9.988 ms 9.983 ms
